We at the Inyan Music offices are glad to announce the return of Avasono , better known as Adrian Vögeli to his friends and parents, to our roster who’sabout to set dancefloors in motion with his newsingle „ Pico “, once again mixed and mastered by his long time companion Ben Mühletaler, a studio staple awarded with a Grammy for his work with Pop Music mainstay Prince in the past.
The title track „ Pico “ starts out on a fever’ish tip which provides loads of tension and warm, analog bass waves leading into a first breakdown, introducing an ever filtered single note motif, accompanied by an all embracing subfrequent swell, beautiful string arrangements and a subtle climax – all falling together right at the borderline of deep TechHouse and slightly Trance-inducing realms. At the controls for a remix of „ Pico “ is the multinational, now Brussels-based producer Felix Cage who enters sparkling and beautiful spheres with his rework, bringing out the tunes‘ mosttender and enchanting elements whilst adding a new fragile melodic sequence as well as ethereal, hovering pads to provide an absolute gem for every DJ out there. The second remix for „ Pico “ is brought to us by Inyan Music mastermind Mario Neha , also known for his musical work under the artistic alias Deneha. The Swiss producer speeds things up a bit, focuses on the gnarly bass aspect of the original tune and adds a muscular, slightly Moroder-reminiscing synth modulation as well as some spaced out, cosmic layers to his cut to provide a well-uplifting and powerful peak time variant here. Finally Avasono rounds this one off with another original tune. With „ Swallows “ he once again follows his vision of driving, muscular, yet slightly mysterious TechHouse whilst carefully adding layers upon layers of melodic strings and ecstatic synths drawing inspiration from both early Detroit masters as well as 70s / 80s pioneers of epic Synth composition to provide a tune for well memorable moments on the dancefloor.
