At Promenaden Eck you can expect warm colours and a rustic interior. The facade and the word “Promenadeneck” act more like a pub than a new meeting place for the burgeoning scene of Neukölln. During the week it’s a bar, and a club on the weekend. So roughly it runs in Promenaden Eck. There is a daily DJ line-up with one dance floor within the week. At the weekend, comes the second one.
The Bar is pointed directly at the entrance and on the sides there is space for hanging around. If you go around the corner, one room further, there is the second, larger dance floor. This place is underground on the whole, and for the walking club encyclopedias… the people that run this place also run the Minimal Bar in Friedrichshain. The audience is just like Renate, Kater and Sisyphus, as all the same DJs play here. Mostly, the people who play here are Berlin Artists. With its nifty painted walls and with attention to detail, the promenades corner is definitely a good address for your nightly activities. The promenaden Eck is located in the heart of Schiller Kiez in Neukölln, near to Boddinstraße Underground station and is open daily with free admission.
