Attune

Today, in this world ruled by smartphones and social media most of us get busy taking photos and videos instead of truly experiencing the present moment. We find ourselves doomscrolling for hours contributing our time and energy to the vicious cycle of more likes, more photos, and more videos while we actually know we should limit our time in the digital domain.

Live music, however, is a potent reminder of the beauty of the here and now. Few things are as magical as those moments when a musician performs music in real-time: the artist is truly present when making it and the audience needs to be truly present to experience it.

ATTUNE aims to remind us to really tune in to this experience and to engage all our senses instead of just staring at a screen. Each artist plays their own music live. Each event has a different sound. Each is a different experience.

This event at ACUD will explore some fresh and independent electronic live acts based in Berlin.
