Event Details

st-Punk, Wave, Deathrock and Punk Festival

FRIDAY:
– CIERŃ (Berlin)
Powerful, atmospheric, sometimes fast, sometimes midtempo Anarcho-Punk with important content that glitters beautifully and carries away properly.

– URSULA (Halle)
Very German sounding, minimalistic synth wave that also likes to be connected to D.A.F. and equipped with critical texts.

– Ponys Auf Pump (Berlin)
Cool, modern Post-Punk/Punk accompanied by Garage thrusts, touched by the hand of NDW and German lyrics.
The music of the Ponys gets you on your feet immediately and has enough hooks to keep you going.

– The Spiritual Bat (Italy)
We are happy to present you The Spiritual Bat for their very first concert in Berlin. With their synth-driven gothic-tribal-rock they send you on a journey that connects the here and now with the origins of their music. They not only sound classic but also modernized and come up with the most different worlds of emotions.

AFTERSHOW PARTY – „1982 – Skeleton Limbs and Obscure Hymns vs Dead and Buried II“:

– Ankou Morgue (1982 – Skeleton Limbs and Obscure Hymns, Berlin)
– Passionate Bones (1982 – Skeleton Limbs and Obscure Hymns, Berlin)
https://www.youtube.com/@DJPassionateBones
– Cavey Nik (Dead and Buried, London)

SATURDAY:
– Splizz (Berlin)
Quirky and edgy Post-Punk with hints of No-Wave and NDW from Berlin. The slightly exalted male and female vocals walk across a musical carpet that reminds me of a post-punk version of old The Cure, or X.

– Isolationsgemeinschaft (Berlin)
Minimal-NDW-Wave made in Berlin. Monotonous and yet varied enough, the 2 isolationists will put you into the most danceable shock-frenzy far and wide and you will hardly be able to escape their intoxicating modulations.

– Cataphiles (Bremen)
Great Deathrock filled with a lot of hooks based in Bremen.
It doesn’t matter if the musicians are slowing down to build atmosphere or if everything is just warming up for the next pogo, the whole party ahead.

– Kadeadkas (Köln)
The expressive vocals are chased through the decaying industrial landscape by delay guitars and tell of dictatorships and self-destruction. The question of the value of today’s life is asked, while the wind of post-punk blows dystopically and coldly.

AFTERSHOW PARTY – „Leipzig vs Berlin Underground“:

– HURZ! (Present of the Future, Leipzig)
– Laika (Villa Kuriosum, Berlin)
– Hinrich Tung (Splizz / Echo Beach, Berlin)
