Marlais sings traditional British and Irish folk songs in a traditional a-capella way and also set to a sonic tapestry of organ drones, arpeggiated flutes and ambient textures that depict a mystical and romantic world. These folks songs in their stunning simplicity can be hypnotic, evocative and even subversive.

Controlled Voltage Vision is a machine in the mind of a human. It triggers feelings, samples memories and multiplies reactions. Live stepping sequencers and early electronic devices, voices and guitar too… CV Vision is Dennis Schulze’s brain child.

CV Vision’s been churning out 4 albums on Amsterdam’s South of North and Basso’s Growing Bin Records in a year! Played live shows across Europe and Berlin, holds a radio show on Dublab.de and DJ’s at Arkaoda, Sameheads, Tannenbaum and the likes.

Former „Fat White Family“ and „They Came From The Stars I Saw Them“ bass player, Taishi spread his wings with an irresistible Japanese cinematic psychedelia music and garage punk along Takamasa Kobayashi (ex-Boys Age / ボーイズ・エイジ), Shamisen (Japanese Traditional instrument) player Shiomi Kawaguchi and Juliette Wallace. Together they created a new Japanese Music, a mix of Kayo music (60-80’s J-Pop), Traditional and Japanese superhero music!

Taishi is also DJ ONONiiONIONIION and they’ve been playing across Germany Europe at clubs & Festivals, booked by Pøj Pøj.
