Jenny Cara
As an experienced organizer, promoter and DJ, Jenny Cara moves effortlessly between different spaces and networks of Zurich’s club cand nightlife culture. She has no fear to put her finger where it hurts, which sometimes feels like she is digging her own grave, as she puts it. She cannot pinpoint how her awareness of the inequality in nightlife started, it crept up on her and now she is at the forefront of promoting progressive culture and minds thinking more inclusive futures.
Vindya is a DJ, composer, producer and classically-trained musician residing in Manchester. In under a year, she has flourished in the UK scene and has become known for her pristine techno selections. Vindya has filled dancefloors across the UK, including in Manchester’s finest clubs, at Brainchild’s Shack stage and London’s techno scene-leading club Fold. Sets with Daytimers have also included progressive house, breakbeat and jungle where Vindya often pays homage to her South Asian heritage
Dirty has quite a lot of musical repertoire in her luggage. From slow wobble to touchy trash, she has already sweetened the evening for some. But also with driving sound and bouncy beats the nights were here and there so what wild. What is behind it? Quite a lot of good taste in a jolly mood and above all Bock on crazy nights with you.
Chayah! This is young and versatile techno from Munich. She combines driving beats with melodic elements and thus makes every dance floor shake. Her passion already carried her to metropolises like Tokyo, Bangkok or Bogotá. In Germany, she already played as „New Talent“ at the Echelon Open Air in 2015 and since then regularly makes her audience sweat and float in the Munich clubs.
Serendipity takes numerous visual and audio inspirations and transforms them into creative gravitational waves to send viewers on a visual journey. The focus is on synesthesia and accidental observation of something not originally sought, which turns out to be a new and surprising discovery.
Sicovaja: If you’re looking for a fixed point, you won’t find one. VJ SicoVaja makes the images melt in the synapses like the celluloid of old film snippets. The student of ultrasound legend Highflyer now plays on international screens and LED walls in addition to her hometown of Munich. Slyly different is the motto, one looks for a predictable line in vain. Art – an expression of the eternal change of the present – old film sequences and color patterns of 2022.New is what you let go, behind it the night.
