Event Details

MEAT UTOPIA – A SOLARPUNK EXHIBITION is dedicated to the emerging Solarpunk movement, showcasing its artistic solutions to the imbalance between humanity, animals, and nature. Across two levels, the exhibition offers hopeful, vibrant, and radiant glimpses into a sustainable and resilient world where technology is used to address ecological and social issues in a holistic and community-driven manner. Among the featured artists are pioneers of the Solarpunk movement such as Rita Fei, Félix Riaño, and the internationally acclaimed design studio Karakter, along with young talents presenting their latest works. The digital artworks portray fantastical natural motifs, often intertwined with unused technology or architecture. The depictions range from ornamental pieces inspired by Art Nouveau to photorealistic worlds that truly captivate the audience.
Sponsored by The Vegetarian Butcher, a section of the exhibition delves into the role that nutrition, especially meat consumption, plays in shaping a livable future. In addition to the existing works by Solarpunk artists, visitors will also encounter exhibits that creatively explore the relationship between humans, animals, and nutrition using artificial intelligence.
