Melonball Album Release Show @ MUZclub

After many months of blood, sweat and tears we are dropping our very first album with a big bang! We are so excited and it is just insane, that we get to share the stage on this very special evening with some of the finest bands in the Skatepunk / Punkrock scene! So come to our big melon-family gathering, grab a Melonball and celebrate “Breathe” with us!

MELONBALL (NBG, GER)
Melodic skatepunk with fast riffs, three-part vocal harmonies, catchy hooks and lyrics with strong opinions: One of the main characteristics of MELONBALLs “melonic” skatepunk is the strong vocals of the lead singer. Oli is also active in other fields such as jazz and funk, which also gives MELONBALL a varied and unique sound in the punk rock spectrum.

DRUNKTANK (NL)
Drunktank brings you fast, melodic, sing-along 90’s skatepunk in the tradition of Epitaph, Fat Wreck Chords and Burning Heart bands, combined with riffs and guitar harmonics from 80’s metal. The Dutch skatepunkers started in 2003 and released four EP’s and two full-length albums „The Infamous Four“ (2010) and “Return of The Infamous Four” (2019).

HEATHCLIFF (MUC, GER)
“Homemade skatecore brewed with love and genuine ingredients: 90s skatepunk flavoured with HxC elements, metal and a side note of Reggae. Lyric-wise, this brew is nicely balanced with the sweetness of not taking things too seriously, finishing with the bitterness of some of today’s rather serious topics – So how about a pint my friend?”

MONEY LEFT TO BURN (NBG, GER)
In 2010 MONEY LEFT TO BURN formed out of what used to be Nuremberg’s skatepunk-scene to bring back fast and straight punkrock to their hometown. Skateboarding and social criticism – with this fine mixture MLTB played more than 100 shows, toured the UK, France, the Netherlands Belgium and Czech Republic and shared the stage with bands like Strung Out, Agnostic Front, Mute and Banner Pilot.
