Since 1996, Berlin’s Hip Hop luminary, MARC HYPE is celebrating his Birthday with THE LEGENDARY BIRTHDAY BALL. During the years the Ball invited some fine guests like Pete Rock, The Poets of Rhythm, Nightmares on Wax or DJ Vadim and proved his musical integrity & Zeitgeist.

2023 marks the 27th anniversary of THE LEGENDARY BIRTHDAY BALL, celebrating MARC HYPE’s 50th rotation around the sun and 35 years of DJing with fellowships and friends from allover the world, with a special performance by none other than the legendary Jeru the Damaja of Gang Starr Foundation fame!
