Five stunning tracks showcase rich synth textures and dramatic, cinematic atmospheres on the five-track ‘Timeless Reflections’ EP
Keanler – ‚Timeless Reflections‘ EP
(Lilly Era)
Out 23rd May
Keanler, the French dance producer clocking 600K+ monthly streams through majestically serene hits like ‘Falling’ and ‘World On Fire’, drops five spellbinding tracks on the Timeless Reflections EP, out on 23rd May via Lilly Era.
Once again, Keanler’s hypnotising sounds float down from an otherworldly sonic space only he can create. Timeless Reflections sees the Lyon talent paint huge cinematic scenes, but with a new sense of vulnerability and freedom. “The past few months have been about letting go of the usual and seeing what happens,” he explains. “I wanted to break away from my habits, explore sounds I hadn’t touched before, and really dive into the creative process with an open mind.”
“This EP is not just a collection of tracks, it’s a reflection of growth, collaboration, and the journey to find a more authentic version of myself through music. These tracks are pieces of that: snapshots of moments where I let myself get lost in the music, where I tried something new, where I wasn’t worried about how it would all fit together, and I’m so excited to share it with you.”
Opener ‘Soft Light’, having amassed 600k streams as a single, demands the listener’s attention through an emotional, rich arpeggiating synth, crashing white noise-like snares and the vocals of topliner Ren Ocean.
Intriguing vocal features are scattered throughout Timeless Reflections. ‘Answers’ and ‘Runs Like Water’ are epic melodic techno moments – the former featuring UK singer-songwriter Afnan Prince, while the latter puts Berlin-based Freddie Dickson’s heartfelt lyrics front and centre.
Standout ‘Let It Burn’ shifts into a slower, Massive Attack-style direction, carried by the stunning voice of LA alt-pop singer-songwriter LeyeT and a steady, low-slung drum break. Meanwhile, the colossal, peak-time dancefloor-ready ‘Wrath’ stands out as the release’s only instrumental, making its mark with high-energy, reverb-soaked, jutting synths. It opens calmly, but quickly plunges into an intense, gripping atmosphere.
Around the EP release, the Lyon-based producer is also performing live at Tola Peckham on the EP release day this Friday 23rd [tickets here], as well as at his homecity in Lyon on 14th June, and supporting Ben Böhmer at Finsbury Park later in August.

About Keanler:
Keanler makes music like he’s writing in a journal no one else was meant to read. From his home base in Lyon, the 20-year-old French artist draws from moments of quiet, distance, and change, turning them into stories that unfold slowly, with honesty and depth. Inspired by the poetry of everyday life and the mystery of being far from home, Keanler’s sound carries the introspection of indie songwriting into the expanse of melodic house.
2025 marks a turning point. With his forthcoming EP Timeless Reflections, releasing in May, he steps into a new chapter, one of reinvention. Letting go of expectations, pushing creative boundaries, and embracing the unknown, this project is both a return to self and a leap forward. It’s a body of work that reflects solitude, connection, and the freedom to create without limits. His immersive live set is already resonating across Europe: from debut headline shows in London and Lyon to sharing stages with acts like Ben Böhmer, and Meute. What began in the quiet corners of a basement studio is now evolving into a full-scale performance, where light, movement, and meaning converge.
Keanler’s journey is not about chasing trends or fitting in. It’s about creating a space where sound and feeling meet, a place for people to slow down, feel something real, and maybe even see themselves a little more clearly.
