On the eve of the bank holiday, Footjob label boss Phonk D brings a living legend to Silbergold: Hans Nieswandt! For decades, he has been a DJ, producer, music journalist and author. His former trio Whirlpool Productions even scored a number-one hit in Italy with „From: Disco To: Disco“. He released countless remixes, worked as an editor for the music magazine Spex and wrote books on the DJ lifestyle and other pop phenomena. His performances, in which he masterfully fuses house with disco and techno, have become a rare commodity in these parts following his moves to Seoul and Tokyo.
