Record Sounds Like: *Genres. Contemporary ambient, techno, downtempo. OMEGA dB draws on the cosmic and emotional tradition of artists such as Vangelis and Tangerine Dream, distilling it into more direct, warm and narrative compositions. Musical references: Rival Consoles, Max Cooper, Jon Hopkins, Christian Löffler, Boards of Canada…
No Dawt is a journey through sound, built entirely with hardware and exclusively through hands-on performances, exploring the interaction between human intention and machine behaviour.
Moving between ambient, techno and downtempo, the album unfolds through evolving melodies, deep basslines, acid textures, atmospheric passages and hypnotic rhythms. Hands-on performance and improvisation leave room for unexpected turns, where the machines become part of the creative process rather than simply tools.
Every sound, every movement and every transition emerges in real time. Nothing is fixed in advance. The result is an organic and deeply personal approach to electronic music, where human instinct and machine behaviour meet in a moment that can never be reproduced in exactly the same way.
