Continuing the label’s commitment to authentic analogue production and underground electronic music, ESR008 delivers two immersive house journeys crafted entirely with original hardware and analogue equipment.
Drawing inspiration from the timeless spirit of Deep House, Acid House and the golden era of 1990s underground dance music, Mikrokosmos EP. 8 explores two contrasting yet complementary sonic landscapes. The A-side opens with „Le Couppey“, a deep, hypnotic minimal house composition enriched with warm dub textures, acid flourishes and an evocative spoken-word message. Rich in atmosphere and emotional depth, it invites listeners into a meditative exploration of rhythm and consciousness.
Flipping to the B-side, „Brahms“ ventures into darker, deeper territory. Expansive pads, analogue textures and a driving groove create an intense yet cinematic experience that gradually unfolds into a powerful emotional release, balancing raw energy with refined musicality.
Like every release on EVIDEON Studio Records, Mikrokosmos EP. 8 was composed entirely from scratch using classic hardware instruments, reflecting the label’s philosophy of craftsmanship over convenience. No sample packs, no digital shortcuts—just genuine analogue production dedicated to DJs, collectors and vinyl enthusiasts who value the unique character of records. Remaining true to this vision, the release will be available exclusively on 180g, 45 RPM vinyl.
