ONCERT PARTY
Jazz-infused acoustic Techno will be played live on stage by LBT and their TechnoPianoTrio. On top of that, electronicliebe will present four DJs that will create finest melodic House & techno throughout the night

– LBT (Live):
Live Techno. Achieved purely acoustically on piano, bass and drums without computers or
synthesizers. From lyrical to minimal, deep to industrial: the sound of LBT is multifaceted
while being constantly pushed forward by a pulsing bass drum. Their music is a journey
within, inviting dreams and ecstatic dancing alike. Having grown up on modern jazz, this
trio takes its true love seriously: improvisation. One might hear delicate phrasing from the
piano or its strings prepared with guitar picks, the bass bowed beautifully or nearly
chopped to pieces, and the drums fully exhausted from fine rustling to mighty grooves.

LBT MAKE KIN
MAKE KIN deals with the search for community and overcoming individualism. Those who
have experienced this band live know that the magic of LBT lies in the overwhelming
energy that Betzl, Hirning and Wolfgruber collectively release with their intense and
familiar interplay. The four new tracks are more consequent and focused than Maximilian Hirning’s earlier techno compositions, yet the band still gives free reign to their passion for improvisation and playfulness with sound: self-designed and self-built instruments expand the
exclusively analog sound production. The music has an undertow while simultaneously
leaving space; it’s secretive yet familiar. It invites one to go with its resonance. As the
feeling for time wanes more and more while listening, one immerses into a feeling of
ongoing presence – a condition in which the ego truly seems to play no role.

– Sebastian Zappa (Openbeatz | Schmitt’s Kathze):
It’s all about the journey an artist takes you on –
Sebastian Zappa is a German DJ and Producer from the suburbs of Frankfurt. Playing violin at the age of 10 and electric guitar at the age of 13, music became an integral part of his life early on. After teaching himself mixing techniques on turntables in 2011, he started the profession as a DJ with 16 years.
Starting with small parties, performances in various clubs, up to larger festivals, Sebastian always committed himself to take the audience on a pure musical journey. Within his progressive melodic style, he combines the drive of tech house with harmonic parts of melodic techno to create an electrifying vibe. Playing around with DAWs and samples, he decided to define his own sound in 2020.

Born and raised in Goa; the city of psytrance; electronic music was engrained in Porobo from a young age. His biggest appearances were at the ‘Open Beatz Festival’ in Germany and the ‘Sunburn Festival’ in Goa. Also featured on the ‘Pure Ibiza Radio’ in Spain.
