Klubnacht @ Weltspiele

One of our highlights in April will bring .VRIL (live) back to our white cube. nthng, Session Restore, Sam and Komenda are the great company that will create another unforgettable night out at Weltspiele. Make sure to join the fun.

.VRIL:
Undoubtedly a VRIL production is as spacious as it is arcane, shifting between earth-shattering drums and delicate chords in just one track. Experiencing VRIL live is best described as highly energetic and profound. By now he has toured in over 45 countries and has earned a spot in the top ten of the best live artists according to several polls. His live sets in his hometown are always worth the buzz.

NTHNG:
The elusive Dutch DJ and producer has previously putt out records on his own label Transatlantic, plus the likes of Delsin, Lobster Theremin and Mörk. nthng’s sound takes in dub techno, hazy ambient and classic trance. His DJ sets hop effortlessly between these different strains. He travels the globe spreading good music as Dj and live act at the most renown festivals and clubs. Next stop: Weltspiele, Hannover.

Sam:
Being a vivid part of the electronic music scene in Leipzig for a while already, Sam did start stepping out of the shadows rather recently. In her sets a lot can happen but most of the times it touches the soft spots. We can’t wait to welcome her to our Klubnacht.

Session Restore:
He provides the evidence, that contemporary forms of Techno link to harsh, dry and loopy patterns and thereby follow the tradition of Techno. On closer listening though it reveals music of fine arts with melodic parts and hypnotically notes, which omit any form of gaudiness. As a regular at Weltspiele Klubnacht he never disappoints, be it as warmup, closing or peak time spot.

Komenda:
The production and Dj duo has been spreading beauty over the North German flat land for some time now. Their sound was initially inspired and supported by people like me or Roman Flügel. How-ever, as style, taste and fashion continiously evolve, their sets and productions can’t simply be boxed in the traditional way.
