SPATIAL is a three day festival for Spatial Sound, Music, Art and technology.
With no typical stages and no best seat, the festival aims to erase the boundary between art and audience.
The way we perceive sound, as one of the most subtle refined and complex ways we perceive space, will be at the core of the festival’s experiences. Our “main stage” which is our large-scale 4DSOUND system will present the majority of artworks in complete darkness offering an opportunity for the listener to reorientate away from the noise, and stresses of our fragmented and polarizing screen/visual-based environments towards a uniquely embodied and expansive experience, connected to sound and space in its purest form.
