KABEAUSHÉ returns with a new project that pushes his genre-bending vision even further. The Nairobi-born, Berlin-based artist today announces his third album ‚KABEAUSHÉ PRESENTS: I.S.U.I.L.P‘ out February 27, and shares the first single ‘I DON’T NEED YOU, SO YOU COULD TELL ME IF I’M GUD’ on October 31.

The track introduces Herr Iggy, the conflicted ruler of KABEAUSHÉ’s imagined Doerf Kingdom, through a storm of brass, warped timpanis, and sweeping strings. It’s part of a larger pop opera told across music and a series of silent film-inspired visuals drawing from 1920s German cinema like The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari and Dr. Mabuse.

Described by Bandcamp Daily as “a glam-funk preacher of divine weirdness” and by Pan African Music as “one of the most vital, theatrical voices in global experimental pop,” KABEAUSHÉ continues to blur lines between performance, character, and sound. His work spans baroque influences, experimental pop, and punk, creating an experience that’s both chaotic and meticulously composed.

Following acclaimed performances at Roskilde, Rock en Seine, Reeperbahn, and The Great Escape, and collaborations with Komische Oper Berlin and Nyege Nyege, KABEAUSHÉ continues to build an ambitious world that’s as conceptual as it is human.
