Piers Kirwan returns with COLLABS, a forward-thinking four-track EP that celebrates connection, global creativity, and the raw spirit of deep underground music. Blending deep house, broken beat, soulful textures and richly layered rhythms, COLLABS brings together a trio of standout artists from three corners of the world, each adding their own voice, story and soul.
At the heart of the project is Detroit lyricist Javonntte, whose smoky, poetic vocals cut through the groove with unmistakable Motor City emotion. Toronto’s Jeremy Glenn steps in with his signature smooth delivery and textured harmonies, bridging soulful house and nu-disco sensibilities. Rounding out the EP is Cornwall-based vocalist Dalena, whose airy, ethereal presence brings a fresh UK edge to the project.
Across four tracks, Piers Kirwan blends intricate drum programming, warm analogue synths, deep basslines and broken-beat swing, each collaboration unfolding like a conversation between artists separated by geography but united through rhythm.
