WAASS closes the year with a remix EP that unveils new facets of their hybrid universe with renewed intensity. To revisit four tracks released in 2024 and 2025, the duo surrounds themselves with artists who both share and elevate their percussive, free-form, club-oriented aesthetic.
After entrusting all u got to do to Dylan Dylan (released on November 26), a rising figure in the French electronic scene who delivers a more direct, tightened rework, where densified rhythms and reassembled vocals shape an entirely new landscape, WAASS continues opening their music to collaboration, giving free rein to three artists with singular sonic languages.
1515 reshapes hagd with surgical precision: a remix that is both incisive and organic, where the track’s raw energy finds a new form in a tension-driven construction made for the club.
freq444 takes over brazilian bobsleigh part.i in a futuristic mutation: a vibrant, ethereal sonic charge that stretches the track’s identity toward a new intensity.
Black Rings Under My Eyes dives jean reno into a version rich in textures and dramatic contrasts. While remaining within the track’s sonic palette, the remix reveals its underlying emotional dimension.
WAASS continues to assert an instinctive, expressive vision of electronic music. After standout performances at La Machine du Moulin Rouge for MaMA Festival, at Astropolis and Bel Air festivals, as well as appearances on Côté Club and in a masterclass for Lux Cache, the duo is now on the path to their first Paris headline show in 2026, promising a raw, immersive, and off-format live experience.
This remix EP acts as a distorted mirror of their identity: a space of reinterpretations where each guest artist inhabits the WAASS universe to reveal its hidden angles.
