On the 4th of July someone broke into the Trolldans Records studio located by Kottbuser Tor and basically cleared everything out (mixing desk, drum machines and vintage synthesisers) along with the computer containing all the music that we worked on for the past year. No backups had been made, hundreds of projects are missing and a forthcoming release on the label also got lost. This kind of incident is probably the worst thing that can happen to any artists.

We’re now hosting this night at Kantine am Berghain, hoping to raise some money in order to get the studio up and running once again. We would like to thank all individuals who shared the story on Facebook and reaching out willing to help us. But also the people at Schneidersladen, Philsynth, Vintage Musikinstrumente, Hardwax & Recordloft & also thanks to Albert van Abbe for putting the posters & flyers together. It’s been super cool to see the scene coming together over such a tragic thing and being so supportive. We hope to see you all for a little dance this night!
